Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States: Standard shipping, 5-8 business days after shipment.

Canada: Standard shipping, 7-12 business days after shipment.

 International: 10-20 business days after shipment (where available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.These are estimated delivery times, not guarantees. Delivery may vary due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status at any time.Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at support@spectacularpeptides.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.

PO Boxes

We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes depending on the carrier used. If you have a PO Box address, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability.
