Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Because our products are topical formulations applied directly to the skin and scalp, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used. All sales of opened products are final for health and safety reasons.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, contact us at support@spectacularpeptides.com with your order number and reason for the request. We'll respond within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@spectacularpeptides.com.

No need to ship anything back. Once approved, your refund is processed without a return shipment.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
